Fishing coble, Scarborough (1979)

Caught this double-ended coble coming through the harbour entrance at Scarborough (1979). They had probably been out laying a string of crab pots. It is unusual to see a boat as heavy as this being rowed - they would have at least an outboard but usually have an inbuilt diesel engine.
